Welcome to Perfect Christmas Tree Farm, a unique husband and wife effort. Cynthia & John Curtis work to create a memorable experience for you and your family at their historic William Penn Land Grant farmstead
Known locally as "the Baja", Perfect Christmas Tree Farm is "a piece of paradise in a world gone mad", according to John. The farm is ideally located, protected from the congestion of busy US 22 yet its parking lot is right on the highway.
Prior to its transformation into a Christmas tree farm, beef cattle grazed on these 45 acres, for 85 years or more. The loam soil is rich in organic matter that supports the growth of popular and exotic evergreens. Presently, we grow 40 varieties.
A steward of the earth, John plants three trees for every one harvested, so Perfect Christmas Tree Farm will be green for future generations. School groups and Scout troupes and family gatherings are welcome to visit, to learn about agriculture and observe nature.
Standing proudly on the property is the 1780 stone farmhouse, evoking memories of Colonial times. Decorated with antique ornaments for the holiday season, a gift shop is located in the original kitchen and dining room. The house is open to tour everyday.
